Counselor's Corner

Welcome to Glenn Duncan Elementary School Counselor’s Corner

Dear Families,

Welcome to Glenn Duncan Elementary School's Counselor Corner!  My name is Ms. Stoker and I am your student’s school counselor.  A school counselor is certified/licensed educator who works to improve student success for ALL students by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program. The mission of the Glenn Duncan ES school counseling program is to assist all students to reach their full potential, through academic, career and social/emotional development. The school counseling program provides developmentally appropriate activities, including individual and small group counseling and classroom guidance lessons that result in students becoming independent, responsible members of society and successful lifelong learners. Please take the time to check out the many resources listed on this page. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you need anything or just want to share a message with me, please reach out via Dojo or email me bstoker@washoeschools.net.
